Harry Kane is the Premier League’s in-form man currently and his excellent form continued in the 2-2 draw against Manchester City yesterday, where the Lilywhites battled back from two-goals down to save a point. After struggling with injury problems early on in the campaign, the England striker has returned with a bang and now boasts an incredible record. Whilst he didn’t find the net in the clash with Pep Guardiola’s side, he did provide an impact.
Providing an assist during the match, Harry Kane has now been directly involved in eight goals in his last five Premier League matches- a run that includes a hat-trick against West Brom and a brace against Watford.
In fact, the only match in that run where Kane hasn’t contributed directly to a goal was against Chelsea- and it’s unlikely the star-striker will be too disgruntled about that, as his side managed to win the game to blow the title race wide open.
Boasting 13 Premier League goals and a further three assists in just 17 appearances, there isn’t many better in the league than Harry Kane.
