Broja moved to Goodison Park on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea in the summer, but he managed to appear in only seven matches for the Toffees thus far. He has been sidelined for the majority of the first half of the season due to an Achilles problem and Everton are now planning to cut short his loan spell and send him back to the Blues, according to the .

The report also claims that Chelsea are reluctant to call back the injured striker and could only be convinced if Everton take one of Dewsbury-Hall or Chukwuemeka. The midfield duo have struggled for minutes under Enzo Maresca at Stamford Bridge and the club are now willing to let them leave on loan deals. The Toffees, however, will want to sign a new forward if Broja returns to the Blues.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID
Everton boss David Moyes addressed Broja's situation as he told reporters: "At the moment, I don’t think there’s a final decision that’s been taken. But I think what you’re suggesting in the conversations we’ve had is that is a possibility, but at this moment in time, it’s not confirmed quite yet."
He added: "If you asked all the Evertonians, I think we’re probably short in the front line. So obviously we’d like to add to maybe our attacking players, maybe another midfield player, if possible.
"I definitely agree that we would probably like to strengthen left-back if possible, maybe have another addition there if possible, but I don’t know if I can fit all that in just now. So I’m trying to see where we can go and what we can do."
